Unlike traditional oil-heavy pickles, this variety uses just enough cold-pressed mustard oil to coat the pieces, acting as a natural preservative while adding that signature pungent kick. It is seasoned with a proprietary blend of hand-pounded spices—including fenugreek, mustard and pink salt —creating a pickle that is bold, aromatic, and less messy to serve.
